跌落式裝箱機也叫落差式裝箱機，落差式裝箱機按適用范圍類型分的話，又可以分為袋子落差式裝箱機和瓶子落差式裝箱機，產品通過整列輸送機有規則地輸送至紙箱的上方，再由柔性跌落裝置將產品垂直落入各種包裝箱（袋）內來實現裝箱（袋）目的。適用于異形瓶口容器、大容積容器、潤滑油、食用油、乳品等產品裝箱。該裝箱機兼容性強，可適用不同規格紙箱。

● 通過落箱緩沖裝置實現柔性落箱，適用范圍廣，可適用于多種產品裝箱（礦泉水瓶、油桶等）；

● 本機采用日本三菱PLC＋觸摸顯示控制，設有缺瓶報警裝置，無瓶不裝箱的安全保護；

● SH-ZX03-1 is designed to load a variety of sizes and shapes of bottles into the erected case or crate accurately by the servo-driven, such as cans, jars, etc.

● Infeed and orient product, drop the product into the cases and then discharge the cases for sealing.

● It's capable of speeds up to 5-25 cases per minute.

● Full safety interlocked guarding. Insufficient coming will be stopped.

● Easy to program, maintain consistent operation, increase productivity and reduce labor costs.
